To assist stakeholders who want to interpret the public financing and financing numbers included in our newly released databank, the Council has created this user guide.
We hope users will find the guide helpful because it explains:
the different types of departmental spending that we include in the databank tables
why the Treasury publish some different numbers; and
the financing and spending tables.
