The NI Fiscal Council has published a stakeholder engagement report and forward work plan.
Stakeholders were asked for their assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of NI public finance management, reporting and scrutiny. We also asked how we could best fulfil our role in meeting the requirements set out in the Terms of Reference and the broader mission of bringing greater transparency and independent scrutiny to NI public finances.
